Selecting Notification on IPhone does not load video

When a notification comes through to my iPhone from Ring if I select it to load it the app opens but the loading icon just appears and stays spinning, the actual video never loads. Sometimes this seems to happen when I’m trying to answer the doorbell live. I have full signal, tried wifi and over 5G and reinstalling the app makes no difference, I’ve even tried it on a different phone so it’s a la obvious problem with the app or doorbell I also have a chime pro and have RSSI -63 on the signal strength. If I go to history I can load videos no problem and if I go into the app then go to live view I can open the camera no problem. This only occurs when using notifications.
