How come i can no longer see event history. Like when armed. What was tripped and when. Etc. Cameras, devices, and events. All look the same. Alli see are the camera clips.
Hi @user40573. In the Ring app, tap on the three lines in the top left and select History. This will bring you to the Event History list, where you can tap on the device type in the top left to filter between Cameras, Alarm, and Smart Lighting. If you tap on Alarm, you can see the Event History list for your Alarm devices specifically.
Another way you can access the Event History for a specific device is to tap the three lines in the top left > Devices > select the device you want to view the history for > tap the Event History tile. This will bring you to the history for that specific device. I hope this helps clear things up.
