Security Screws Missing

There were no security screws included with my Ring doorbell. Called customer service @8am, no wait time, agent was patient and polite while verifying my account (their emails didn't come through) and they sent me 2 security screws to arrive in 3-5 days. Hopefully they will arrive as promised. Good experience so far.
