I could not find the security screws for my video door bell and called the customer service but very poor connection and service, do someone know how can I request additional screws? Or can I buy via internet or something?

A very simple Google search for Ring doorbell security screws should solve your problem.
Hi @Sungur. Most of our Doorbells use a T15 Torx for the security screw. You can check your local hardware store for this screw, or you can also purchase a Spare Parts Kit from Ring.com for the Doorbell (2nd Generation). I hope this helps!
