My security camera won’t connect the green light is on all the time with the spot light button top does not do anything when I press it I’m getting full signal to where the light is

Hi @user11647. Which specific model camera are you talking about? This Help Center article here has some information on Light Patterns for the Spotlight Camera. Try doing a power cycle on the camera, then setting up again. You can do a power cycle by completely removing power from the device for 2 minutes, then powering back up. Next, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Let me know if this helps!
