We’re looking to purchase Ring security for the whole house with a basement suite. They offer a 2 keypad bundle and I want to know if I can give the basement tenant a separate code from the main floor tenant to use on their respective keypads and notifications sent to their own phones? 1 system, 2 apartments, shared wifi.
Hi @quirt70. The Ring Alarm can only be professionally monitored at one location. If there is multiple Ring Alarms at one location, one will have to be self-monitored.
