Two of my six security cams have a pink video even in the daytime. I have tried doing a hard reset by holding the set up button for 30 seconds. They are still both pink. I have cleaned the front thoroughly. What’s going on here?
Hi @Agershon! Good call on performing the reset, that can certainly help with this. Try also a power cycle by removing power for a few moments, then reapplying. The image example looks too colored to be related to the Color Night Vision setting, but it’s always good to check.
