When viewing live through my phone the volume coming through is barely audible from my security camera I have maxed volume on my device however when I set my wife up as a user her volume is loud and clear

The best next step here will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app, as well as ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled on your mobile device.
