I have two Ring Security Cameras plus installed on my house. One of them is staying only partly lit day and night. The light comes on full at night like normal and camera is working perfectly.

I have done a full reset, Disconnected it from the power for 24 hours and a restarted from inside the app but nothing changes. These cameras are only installed about 3 months but they were purchased over 2 years ago (long story about moving houses!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
