Security Camera Set up Wi-fi not visible

The camera is in set up mode (light flashing) but no “ring setup Wi-fi f9” is visible on my phone (or partners) meaning setup can’t complete.

Am I doing something wrong or is the unit broken?

Hey neighbors! If the device’s setup network is not showing up in your list of wifi networks to choose from, please try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds. After this time has passed, please try to set up the device again. @Rick140 Nice idea on using another phone to try this setup! This is also a good option to try when you go through the setup again, as sometimes it could be the phone that is having the issue finding the network.
