Security cam refuses to connect. WiFi is good, signal is strong, device says online all the time. Before you say move my router, I have another of the same camera in my garage farther away from my router that has no issues. This one specific camera just refuses to connect, update or live feed. Ring support just keeps telling me it’s my wifi. Why do the other 3 work fine then? SOS
Hi @user9140. I would try connecting this Camera to a WiFi hotspot. If it is able to connect to the hotspot, you’ll know that the issue is with the location of the camera or your network. If it doesn’t connect to the hotspot, there may be an issue with the camera that needs closer attention. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
