I’ve had this for about two months, and at least once every 3-4 weeks, the siren will go off Randomly on the camera and not then off. It’s so strange and annoying. How do I stop this? Is this normal??

This is definitely not intended functionality, as the Siren must be initiated from the Ring app. If uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your mobile device does not resolve this concern, I recommend reaching out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for more in-depth troubleshooting.
