Second phone won’t connect to video doorbell


My husband is trying to connect my phone to the video doorbell. But it says it’s offline. His is working. I removed the app a reinstalled but it still says it’s offline. Anyone have this problem? Thanks

Hi @Shw806. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, and that you are logging into the correct account. If you’ve been added as a Shared User on the Doorbell, you should be able to navigate to the Shared Location to view the Doorbell. Also, ensure your phone has an internet connection and any VPNs are turned off or have Ring traffic excluded.
