My first post, sorry if this has been asked before. I recently installed my Ring Video Doorbell Pro. Front door was no problem and worked as per instructions. When I installed the backdoor Camera, the doorbell would not stop chiming until it was disconnected. I tried pressing button (asssuming it was stuck). Also tried to alternate turning on/off the 2 breakers for each connection. It’s just two wires to connect (red and blue) so not many variations when it comes to wiring. Any thoughts to what is causing this?
