Second bell same fault

We are on our second Ring doorbell and the same problem has happened again. The doorbell has got stuck in night vision mode (only showing black and white image). There is nothing overhanging causing this to happen. I have tried to hard reset and everything else described online but now the doorbell does not charge and has a solid white circle and will not do anything. Can anyone suggest something. As I said this is the second bell that this has happened too???
