We all know that Ring Cameras work well. But…… one thing Amazon and Ring outright lie to the consumer about, is the second battery in the Spotlight Cam Plus Wireless cameras. I have 4 of them with solar charging and two batteries in each. Rarely (occasionally and randomly) will the system show two batteries available. That means you do not know with certainty that the expense of the second battery was worth it. They NEVER properly answer numerous consumers about this fault. Maybe it is all good. Maybe it is not.
