Screen interference at night

I have two Doorbell 2 units (battery powered). Both were functioning well but a few months ago one of them developed a problem with showing horizontal lines across the screen at night. (The other unit does this only occasionally).

Anyone know why this issue would suddenly develop, and why the one unit but not the other? RSSI is 64 (pretty much what it’s always been).

Hi @RxC. Well that’s definitely not how the Live View or recordings should look on your Doorbell. Technology isn’t perfect, but luckily there are some simple troubleshooting steps you can try in order to get this resolved. If you haven’t done so already, I’d suggest resetting the Doorbell that is affected and then taking it through a new setup. To reset the Doorbell, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set it back up using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if this does the trick for you. :slight_smile:
