Schlage Lock not appearing in Ring app

I had a Ring peephole Doorbell and i could unlock my Front Door using live view from the peephole Doorbell and my Schlage Encode lock which was connected to the Ring app via the amazon key app. Today i got my Video Doorbell Pro 2, which I installed and removed the peephole doorbell . Now the Schlage door lock is not showing up in the Ring app and also the new Ring Doorbell Pro 2 is not showing up in the Key app. I tried every thing possible, i reset the Schlage door lock to factory settings, unlink ring account from key app and also tried using my spotlight camera to connect to the lock from the Key app. The Spotlight Camera connects ok to the door lock in the key app but the door lock is still not showing up in the Ring app . I still can't get the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 to show up in the Amazon Key app. Any ideas on this ?
