Schlage Encode access issues

I just received our Schlage Encode deadbolt lock. I am able to control the lock with my Ring App through the Schlage App. Unfortunately my husband does not have the same access. I am the primary on the account and he is a shared user. How can I get him the same access to the lock that I do

Hi @user51142. Have you given your Shared Users access to the smart lock? This Help Center article here also has some information on this. I hope this information is helpful.
