Scheduled mode alerts - base station status instead of mode updates

When the scheduled mode is enabled to automatically change, I noticed that the alerts are incorrect. I receive email updates even when “mode update” is disabled. It turns out it’s base station status. I thought it will change via mode updates and not email notifications via base station status ?

Hi @Phoenix_bladen. In the Ring app, under the Settings Menu, you can select Alarm Alerts. From there, you’ll be able to select Email or Push Notifications, and what Notifications you want to receive. I hope this helps!
