How do I save a copy of a video for motion at my door? I cannot find a place to save to.
Nothing comes up when they answer.
Hi @PetloverRuth! If you are subscribed to a Protect Plus plan your motion events will record and can be found in your Event History in the Ring app. To save this video externally, visit the recording, expand the options (3 dots) or select the share icon in the bottom right hand corner while the recorded video is playing back. Once you select the share option in either area of the recorded event, you will then see a downward arrow indicating the ability to download that video. This will save the video to your mobile device.
Keep in mind, you will need to be subscribed to a Protect Plan to access this feature. I hope this helps!
