Samsung S10e & Ring Problems

I am coming to the end of the road with my Ring doorbell 2 due to continued problems with notifications not coming through. Apparently Ring are aware of the problems with the Android update which causes notifications to stop but Ring have not done enough to resolve the problems. I have done all the work arounds suggested but the only the way to work Ring properly is to uninstall and then re-install the app on daily basis and sometimes several times a day which! If this continues I will cancel my subscription and get another video doorbell which is properly compatible with Android/Samsung phones.
PLEASE PLEASE RING DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OTHERWISE RING WILL LOSE MANY ANDROID/SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS.
