Why does not live view work on the Samsung Android app.? It must record before you can view which means the view is always from the past.
Hi @SteveF! Live View should be working on your mobile device. Please ensure the Ring app and mobile device is up to date and bluetooth and VPN is disabled. It is always good to test wifi only, and cell data only, connections on your mobile device to see if one will connect live view more efficiently.
