I use my Ring app to check out alerts and take action if there’s a security issue at my property
Can someone please tell me how to turn off the sales and Promotional alerts on my Ring app? The They are distracting and inappropriate to show a red alert on my Ring app. This is just greedy company advertising made a part of an app that should only show legitimate notifications.
Hi @Chgomaverick. At this time, there is not an option to remove this section of the Ring app. We’ve seen this feedback before from other neighbors on our Feature Request board here.
