My Samsung S8+ shows the RSII number AT 54 but it is in the color black. Why? The app info says it should be red or green or yellow. Is there somthing wrong?
Hi @user54912. The RSSI number is usually color-coded. If yours is not, then verify that your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates.
