Had to upgrade to samsung10+; no problems with same ring for 3 years and other samsung phone-after 5 days of ring support and arris gateway discussion, internet carrier call I still can not get live video and history recognition. My phone recognizing notification of motion but that is it. Ready to throw it in the trash (doorbell) that is. Ring suggestion of getting an iphone not an option–unless they wish to purchase.

Hey @flwheel. What concern are you running into directly? Are you unable to set up the Ring device from your phone (first time setup or reconnecting if device is offline), or are you unable to view the Live View and have motion recordings?
