I've only had the doorbell for around 1.5 years and it's started to do this? (Check video below) Is this a software issue or do I need to purchase a new doorbell? Not sure I'd want to buy a new doorbell every 1.5 years or so.... [Video Link](https://ring.com/share/4000640e-7bc4-479d-a08b-e9a054baf7b7)

Thank you for the video example, @ciphrix! The best next step here will be to bring your Video Doorbell inside near the router. Please also ensure the Doorbell is fully charged. Next, test video within the same room as the wifi router. While your [Ring device RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) should indicate your wifi signal strength in the Ring app, the above is a great way to ensure for an optimal video test. If this concern persists, please reset your Ring Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). I hope this helps! :)
