Ringdoor 2, camera recordings corrupted or defective

I’ve only had the doorbell for around 1.5 years and it’s started to do this? (Check video below)

Is this a software issue or do I need to purchase a new doorbell? Not sure I’d want to buy a new doorbell every 1.5 years or so…

While your Ring device RSSI should indicate your wifi signal strength in the Ring app, the above is a great way to ensure for an optimal video test. If this concern persists, please reset your Ring Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
