Hi, I’m new to all this so please forgive my ignorance, I’ve just updated ring3 to a ring 4. I have removed the ring 3 from my one device subscription but although I’ve set my my new ring4 up it doesn’t show on my subscription. At the moment it is recording on the 30 free days you get when purchased. Please could someone tell me how I add my new ring4 to my existing subscription.👍

If you have a Ring Protect Basic plan, you'll need to [cancel](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Cancel-a-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plan) this plan and subscribe to a new plan for your new Doorbell 4. If you have the [Ring Protect Plus or Pro](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans), this will automatically cover all devices at the same Location in the Ring app. You can reach out to our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assistance if you're not able to get your Doorbell 4 set up with your Ring Protect plan.
