Hi my ring doorbell is offline says re boot Wi-Fi no luck there before it went offline it kept going if randomly throughout the day and night
Hey @Paul2404. Is this a recent setup of the Doorbell, or have you had it for awhile? You may need to check your ports and protocols to ensure they are open on your network settings to allow the Ring device to stay connected. Also, if you go into the Device Health page, you should be able to tap on Reconnect to Wifi and walk through the steps to set it up again. Alternatively, you can remove the device from your account, reset it by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds, and then setting it up again.
