I have setup my ring2 doorbell. Run all the tests and checked out the device health (all checked out good) but I cannot establish a live view connection. I tried on Wi-Fi and wireless data. I ran the internet test speeds, all the things the support pages said to do with no luck. Screenshot of error attached. Thank you!
Hey @tipwitsman. Thanks for taking the time to attach that screenshot and for letting us know what you’ve tried so far. I’d suggest trying to reset the Doorbell and walking through a new setup to refresh its connection with the Ring App and your home wifi network. To reset the Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. After that, you can walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Make sure you wait for any applicable firmware updates to finish downloading before you test out the Live View. Let me know how that works.
