Ring1 2nd gen phone call??

Hi,
I just bought a Ring1 2nd gen.
I wonder if I could receive a messenger-facetimes-ish call when someone rings at the doorbell.
Now I only receive a small notification. Would be nicer to be “called” when someone rings…
Ps. I use Android.

Hi @JRB77. All of our devices support a Live View option. When you receive the notification, answer it and then press the green talk button. This will allow you to use the 2 way audio feature. You can learn more about this feature in this Help Center article here. I hope this helps!

Hello there Tom. Is what you say true of wifi and cell connections ?

So my 2nd gen (2020) device can receive notifications when I am sitting on the beach somewhere with no wifi connectivity ? Please - how do I set that function up ?
