Our new doorbell video was fine but a week later developed a few lines and then developed multiple colored lines in both live view and motion detection. Has anyone experienced this problem?

You’ll probably get more responses if you put your problem in the Subject text, and not just “Ring”.

Hey @Indyf. Could you try resetting the Pro to see if this helps with the video quality? For the reset, you will press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds and then go into the Device Health section and tap on Reconnect/Change Wifi Network. If you find the quality has not improved after the reset, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
