Ring won't connect to WiFi with good signal strength and correct password

I can’t get my Ring to connect to WiFi. Full signal strength and I typed the correct password twice, but both times the top two white LEDs flashed and app told me password was incorrect. Is there something I can do or do I need a new unit?

Hi @fridray! If you are certain you are entering the proper credentials, start a new setup, and at the last step when choosing your wifi network, you will see an add hidden network option towards the bottom. Try entering your wifi information there.

If this concern persists try enabling a standard 2.4 Ghz guest network on your router with a standard SSID and password to test a setup on this. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
