Ring Video Doorbell
Ring won’t go live
Ring won’t go live but history and Bell work. Every time I call Ring they have no idea what is wrong so they make up stuff like your provider isn’t working when it is. Are these junk should I get rid of they are useless. Any idea why Ring would not go live on or off Wi-Fi?

The workaround to change to 3G works for me as well, but that isn't what we're paying for when we subscribe to 4G or 5G. Could you please Vote for this ‘Feature Request’ to hopefully get Rings attention to the issue: https://community.ring.com/t/fix-the-ring-mobile-app-to-properly-use-lte-4g-without-the-many-reported-issues/112034 Thanks.
