Ring wireless-spotlight camera won't work at all

The Ring wireless-spotlight camera that I installed facing the backyard has been out of service for some time now.

After charging the battery for 5+ hours, the only response given is a static red LED located next to the battery insert.

Has anyone experienced this with their own device? If so, how did you resolve the issue?

Hi there, @ktravis0013! As long as you are charging the battery with the included micro usb cable, there should be a sufficient charge to reconnect your Spotlight Camera. Please ensure there is no debris in the battery hatch of the Spotlight Camera and close it securely. If the Camera does not reconnect, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
