I changed my wifi provider and tried reconnecting my outdoor cameras, 2 were reconnected successfully but 1 is blinking red constantly. I turned off the switch the controls it gave it a day and tried again to no avail. I deleted it from the network and tried reconnecting but it doesn’t give a setup light anymore. Please assist…
Hi @Annena437. Which model of Ring Camera is this? You can find the name on the original packaging, on the back of the device, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. If you haven’t already, I would also suggest performing a full reset on the Camera that isn’t connecting by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, try to take the Camera through the setup process in the Ring App to get it connected to your wifi network.

@Annena437 I’m looking for the name of your Ring Camera, which should be on the Device Health page. For example, it would be one of the Cameras listed on our website here, such as the Stick Up Cam or the Spotlight Cam. Regardless of which Camera you have, the reset that I mentioned in my first reply is a good overall troubleshooting step to try first.
