Ring Wired not powering

Hi All Purchased the Ring wired doorbell. I checked specs and im sure my current chime box met the specs for using to bypass power. I've followed the set up and nothing. I telephoned ring who said to ask Amazon to send out an electrician? Amazon don't do that... I asked as per ring request. They just offered to send it back. Before I do, can anyone see anything I'm doing wrong?

Hi @LKS. It's difficult to really see whats going on with the wire connection in the way. What color wires are going to your doorbell? What color wires are coming from your transformer? Typically, those are the wires that require the jumper cable.
