How do I adjust the volume on ring camera? Instructions say to tap on gen settings and a volume setting should appear but there is no such thing showing up
I will answer my own question. I spoke with Ring “help” and they said there is no ability to control the volume. Therefore the online help that says there is a “volume setting” is wrong and the online instruction is just out of date.
Hi @Rogerayoung. Which model of Ring Camera do you have? There are some variations in the settings and features available across the different Ring Camera models. Most of our Security Cameras do not have a volume setting, so the instructions you were reading were likely for a different Camera.
