Ring viewcam speaker not working

Had an issue since day 1 with this,

tried to uninstall, reinstall.

the doorbell rings, notifies the app and the ringer indoors, can hear the person outside but cant talk back. and to confirm it is the outside speaker, if you push the doorbell the light goes blue but you dont hear the ding dong that you usually get from the device.

i have 2 other devices and they all work fine but not this one

Hi @nglbrgr. When you activate the Live View, are you tapping the green microphone icon in the bottom left corner of the screen? You’ll need to tap this in order to activate the two-way audio so you can speak to visitors at your door. If you are activating the microphone and it’s still not working properly, you may want to try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll just need to set it back up in the Ring App again by following the steps under Set Up a Device. After the setup, test out the two-way audio again.

Already tried all of the above. Its definitely a speaker issue as when you push the doorbell button you do not hear the ring sound outside that you should hear
