Ring viewcam doorbell

I’ve noticed the audio sound in my new doorbell quite low. This occurs trying to hear visitors who ring the bell. I notice that the audio before they ring the bell on motion is fine the minute they ring the bell the audio becomes harder to hear and more muffled!!

Anyone experienced this issue before so basically if someone appears on motion detection and speaks the recording is fine.
If they press the bell you can hear a definite degradation in the sound quality!

Thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @Jason75 there are threads within the Community that describe low audio – we do have the team investigating but do not have any answers as of right now. Can you confirm the mobile device you are using to see if this is similar to what other neighbors are experiencing? Thanks!
