Ring Videos are black since 2 weeks; nothing to see, nothing to hear

Hi, I use 3 ring cameras at home.
1 bell and 2 cameras (all wireless).
The movements are recognized, but the videos are only black and without sound.
The videos are displayed in the history. When playing you only see a black picture and you don’t hear anything.
What can that be?
