New Ring. Was alerting on iphone: but now stopped. Have tried these things:

checked Notification settings on

Home mode = Ring alerts on, record motion on, motion notifications on. Live view on.

Have logged out and then log back in again

Firmware up to date

iphone software is uptodate
-
Do not disturb is OFF

iPhone ringer sound turned up to max
I do get vibrate notification so i know it’s connecting. Just no sound.
I’m sending this as a new topic as it seems many of the similar conversations don’t have a resolution?
