Hi. My Ring Pro 2 was working flawlessly for a good few months until a few ago where it showing as offline. It’s saying transformer not supplying enough power. How can i fix this and why has this happened when it was working perfectly as it’s hardwired? also last reported was 49, so that’s a high signal right?

Hi @sufyan. If the Doorbell Pro 2 is not receiving sufficient power, it would report as offline. We have some information here on how to troubleshoot power issues for the Pro 2. The Pro 2 requires a transformer putting out 16-24 VAC, 10-40VA max, 50/60Hz. If your transformer isn’t providing enough power, you may need to replace it. We recommend contacting a qualified electrician if you’re not comfortable handling the wiring.
