Ring video “no video found”


Recently we have not been able to gather video footage of the motion detector notifications. We have our settings set to video every motion being detected and although we still get the notification there was a motion, when you click it it says “no video found”. The camera still works because the live view works, so I don’t understand why this problem is occurring. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Hi @user13948. Are able to view these videos on Ring.com? Are you getting this error from your Ring app in the History menu or the Event History Timeline? Also, do you have a Ring Alarm Pro with Ring Edge enabled? These questions will help determine the next best steps. Thank you, neighbor.
