I installed this device exactly as per the instructions. It works. What doesn’t work is my old doorbell chime. It doesn’t ring. It worked before with the old doorbell.
What could be wrong?
Mine indoor chime won’t work either. It also won’t stay connected for more than 3sec while live.
Hi neighbors! The Video Doorbell Wired does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, you can pair it with a Ring Chime or a compatible Alexa device.
