Ring Video Doorbell wired & Freidland Type 4 transformer

I have read a number of contradicting posts about which wires need to be disconnected from the terminals and connected with the bypass wire.

MOSTLY they suggest connecting the wires on 0F and T3.

IF you know the ACTUAL answer please share it (no additional guessing needed).

The actual answer is that disconnecting and bridging 0F and T3 with the resistor wire works perfectly …

… if power is coming from an 8V DC (or better) transformer which is most likely a Friedland 743.
