A couple weeks ago my ring doorbell stopped working. It no longer sends notifications of events and the live view isn’t working either.
What to check first?
Hey @purplepurple, the best first step is to always make sure your app is up to date. In addition, sometimes deleting it and redownloading it will help. Let us know hope this goes or if you were able to get it back online and working!
Confirmed I had 21v AC at the two leads that Ring Doorbell Pro connects to.
There are zero lights or other activity happening, regarless of whether I press the side button or not.
This unit is dead after only 2~ years of ownership.
