I have two outdoor Ring stick up cams and a Ring spotlight cam all hooked up to my WiFi, that happens to be a Google WiFi mesh. My Ring Video Doorbell Pro will not connect to the same network.
Hey @jezusserna… What message in the app do you get when you attempt to connect the device? Could you try resetting the Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then seeing if you can connect the device?
I’ve reset the doorbell after many unsuccessful attempts to join my home WiFi. I’ve even removed it from my Ring account so I can re-add it and still nothing. The doorbell audibly says “ Set up did not complete. Your doorbell may be too far from your WiFi router.”
The cameras are much further away from my modem then the doorbell. I have mesh so the coverage is excellent.
