We installed the Ring Pro and it worked great for about 5 minutes. The device help said we were getting good voltage but now it will not turn on. We tried the bypass method and it still will not work. We hooked our old doorbell button back up to see if that still works and it was fine. Is it possible that the ring shorted out? Is there something else that may work or is it just a defective item?
